What do you charge for design services?
Our prices for services depend on many variants such as type of project and the detail of the designs. You can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. You can request a no obligation quote for pricing here. Prices and rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
I have many projects, do you have a retainner program?
Yes, we do offer a retainer program. We have a number of clients who have retained our services on a monthly basis for ongoing work. Our retainer program requires a minimum contract term of 3 months. For more information, please contact us.
What is the clients involvement in the process?
We work to thoroughly discuss each project with our clients from the start to finish. All clients are encouraged to email any samples, color combinations, and ideas they may have when requesting a quotes and during the consultation. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones and can request an update on the project at anytime.
What is the average turnaround time?

How do I check the status of my design project?
How will I received my designs when the project is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. The final files will be delivered electronically via email or Google Drive.
Who owns the copyright of work you have done for me?
Copyright transfers to the client as soon as we are in receipt of final payment. However, we do reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. Dana Brown retains the right to use all completed projects in/on her portfolio, website and any advertising as seen fit. Copyright of any drafts or designs not selected as the final project by the client remain the property of Dana Brown Designs.
